Sunray Management Group is a locally owned and operated business established in 1981.  The founding broker, Thomas E Chalifoux, Jr., is a retired Army Colonel and community leader.  Instilled with the highest values of trust and integrity, combined with a sense of urgency, it is reflected in all of his business endeavors.

Sunray Management Group offers space in retail plazas, professional suites, light industrial complexes and self-storage units.

Niles Chalifoux, our Property Manager, has established trust, friendship and an honest relationship with our clientele.  Our professional office staff has over 100 years accumulated in customer service for responsiveness to tenant concerns.

Our maintenance personnel are qualified and respond quickly and efficiently to facility related emergencies.
